My daughter is getting married at the end of September.
The groom will be wearing a tan suit (not sure the color of his tie) and my daughter is wearing a gorgeous and very expensive white sleeveless dress with beading and long train. The bridesmaids will be wearing matching turquoise dresses(tea length).
I feel that even though the groom is wearing a suit, and not a tuxedo, that this is still a somewhat formal wedding. They are being married at the botanical gardens at 1:30 in the afternoon, and the reception will be at a hotel with buffet.
Now the question, the grooms-men will be wearing tan pants, white shirts and brown sports coats with no tie. I had suggested they wear turquoise ties but groom said no ties!
HELP!

Dear Mobzilla,
The couple plans the wedding, including the attire. And, the groom has the last word on the attire of his groomsmen.
