     Tux Shirt color

I have a little delema. Let me first start of by saying that my fiances dress is ivory and the brides mades are all in pink. The tux i picked out is a ralph lauren black with grey pinstripes. My fiance wants the guys with ivory shirts and pink vests and ties, and me in black vest and black tie with an ivory shirt. Is it possible to wear white shirts so I can wear silver and the guys pink if the bride is the only one in Ivory? Attached is the tux I picked out for reference. Thanks for any help.

Dear Weissm,

First of all your tuxedo should be all black, not a black jacket and striped pants. Your pants should be black. It sound like you picked a cutaway, because a cutaway or stroller jacket will come with striped pants. Anyway, stick with the ivory shirts and the vests for your guys in pink is ok. For you black or silver vest is appropriate, even an ivory vest for you would be nice.
