My wedding colors are periwinkle & silver. I hope this is an appropriate color for June. Is it ok to have the men wear gray tuxedos with a perwinkle vest? If so, should the groom wear an all white tux or a gray tux with a white vest and tie?

Dear Tux Help,

Your colors are fine--very nice. White tuxes are proper for formal evening weddings in the summer months or for warm climates. However, if you absolutely love the gray, no one will fault you for it. It would look great with your bridesmaids' colors.

Your groom should dress as the groomsmen. He can take liberties with his vest and tie.

Best wishes,

Dear Rebecca,

Your colors are fine for the time of year your wedding is. But my advice for tuxedo colors are white for the groom and black for the groomsmen. The accessories are meant to match.
