Tuxedos with pocket squares instead of boutonniere

Would it be okay for the groom, groomsmen, ushers, and fathers to wear a tuxedo with a vest, long tie, and pocket square instead of a traditional boutonniere?

I want the groom to wear an ivory pocket square from the excess material off my wedding dress and the groomsmen and ushers to wear a tea rose color from the bridesmaids dresses.

I have the dads in black so I thought I would have them wear pocket squares in ivory also.

Thanks.

Dear Klobay2000,

That sounds perfect. A great way to tie your dress into part of his attire..
