Who should get the free tuxedos?

Hello,

Recently I was finalizing the tuxedo arrangements for our wedding. We were informed that two free tuxedos were included in our rental. One for the groom and one to be given to a member of the wedding party at our discretion. My mother quickly asserted that the second rental would go to my brother (the best man). Her argument being that she would have to rent three tuxes otherwise (myself, my brother's, and my father's) which she had previously offered to do. I feel that one free rental should be available for each side of the family, given the large expense that my fiancée's father is already incurring. I am more than happy to pay for my own tuxedo, but I feel that I may have offended my mother by mentioning anything. I guess the short version of my question is this:

Who should get the free tuxedo? Please Help!

If I have this correct, your mother agreed to rent three tuxedos before she knew that there would be two free ones instead of one. Therefore, it wasn't a factor at the time and should not be one now as far as keeping her word on what she said she would do goes. My opinion is that you and the Bride need to decide who gets the free tuxedo, not your mother. If you and your fiance agree to give it to your best man, that is wonderful. But again, it should be your decision.
