     barn, outdoor wedding, groomsmen attire

We are getting married at 7:30 PM outside at a barn. The bridesmaids are wearing tea lenghth flowing dresses. I don't want the groomsmen to be too warm but I want them to look right. What should they wear? My colors are aqua, black and silver.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Please clarify a few things for me: 1) What month or what time of the year is your wedding? 2) What is the color of the bridesmaids dresses (or dominant color). Thank you!

From the etiquette side of this, the men would be dressed in the same formality as the women. Tea length dresses just could be fairly formal or very informal. The fabric is the determinant. So, we really do need more information. I would imagine, though, that they would need to be dressed in suits or at least sport coats and slacks.
