Should the godfather wear a tux like the rest of the wedding party even though it is semi formal and should the godparents waer corsages..etc...

Dear Godparents attire,
If he is viewed as one of the fathers, he would. The corsages are a personal decision. If they are viewed in the same light as parents, it would be best if they had corsages.
