I'm planning on wearing a tux with tails and I know that the white pique shirt, vest, and white bow tie go with that. I want to stand out from the groomsmen a little bit. Can they wear the black vest and black bowtie? Will a black satin vest and bowtie clash with the pique shirt since the texture is different?

Dear Wedderman,
It is fine to go with a different color and texture as long as everything else is the same. I really can't comment on whether or not it will clash though.
