I am a 54yo who has set the date for oct.22,2006. This is my 2nd marriage, and i don't expect to be a princess bride, but I want something pretty, budget price, for an afternoon cake and champagne reception, probably in a loft in Brooklyn, new york. I don't want to go to a bridal boutique, but I really don't know where to shop.Any suggestions?

Well, my first choice is always BLOOMIE'S but that could be expensive.
