How many times to refuse a gown before requesting $ back?
My daughter ordered her wedding gown, it came in 11 days after the order was placed, she tried it on, it fit great in every way other than the length. The length that came in would be wonderful as long as she was barefoot, or flats woren, she wants to wear shoes with at least an inch heel on them. The way the dress looked it appeared that the lining was longer than the dress so the hem kept turning up on the outside in the very front of the dress - so after consulting with the seamstress on staff we all agreed that the dress be refused and re-ordered.
Wondering how many times we get the dress - see if it fits correctly, if needs to be refused again, how many times do we do this before we say enough is enough and request money to be refunded?
