How to stay cool in a wedding dress

I hoped I could find some kind of answer on the site so I wouldn’t have to ask this rather silly question. Blush

I am getting married in July at 7:00pm. I have my dress and I love it!!

I have just one issue and was hoping someone could help. I have the dress at home and everyone has been begging me to try it on for them so I have. When I tried it on I had only been in the dress for a few minuets and I got very hot “under” my dress. So my silly question is do you have any ideas on how I can stay cool under my dress? Do you think nylons would help? I don’t know any ideas would be helpful.

Thanks.

If your reception is indoors, most likely the room will be air conditioned. Ask the management in advance to make it a notch cooler than usual, and have them keep it that way. In addition to that, a 100% cotton underwear with a scented panty liner will make you more confident. Thigh-High stockings instead of pantyhose will also be a good idea. Enjoy your wedding!
