In need of modest wedding dress

I am trying to find a wedding dress that has short sleeves and isn't too low cut. I live in the Kansas City Missouri area and need a wedding dress within a few weeks. The one I was going to get didn't get alterted right so I didn't take it. I don't want to have to spend a huge amount either.

Have you tried searching at Ebay for low cost wedding gowns? You can really find some bargains there.
