Ivory wedding dress with Groom's Navy choker whites

My fiance is a Commander in the Navy and wants to wear his choker whites. This is a second marriage for us both and I want to wear an ivory gown. Will the white and ivory clash? Should I just wear a white gown? I'm not opposed to wearing white, I just think it's more appropriate for a second marriage ceremony.

Thank you.

White is no longer just for first weddings. White signifies joy rather than virginity. I'd opt for the white to go with your groom's dress whites. Otherwise your dress might look dirty next to the bright white.

I completely agree. White is fine.
