     Losing Weight and Dress

hey guys! i need help! about 4 months ago i had gastric bypass surgery and have lost 75 pounds to date. i have about 75 more pounds to go. my wedding date is october 14, 2005. i had bought a dress before choosing to have surgery. i can fit into the dress now since i bought it about 4 sizes smaller than what i wore at the time but there is no way it will fit in october for the wedding. how much can i get it altered or do i need to start looking for a new dress? help please!!! thanks in advance!

Congratulations, Shelby! That is an awesome accomplishment!

Take your dress to a local professional seamstress. She'll be able to tell you if the dress can be altered.

Wishing you good health and lots of happiness,
