I found a designer dress sample that I like but it is a size 10. I am a size 2. Will that ruin the dress to try to change it 6 sizes? Will I be able to get a good fit? I need a response quickly because the sample will be sold soon.

That is a question not easily answered on a forum. There are too many considerations such as the style, cut, beading, trim, etc. You should probably buy a dress closer to your own size to be sure. When you have time, consult a seamstress.
