Polka dot wedding dress for outside wedding

My Fiance and I are going to get married outside at twilight on 8-08-08. Crazy 8's for a crazy couple. It will be casual and I really want a polka dot wedding dress, with the bridesmaids in polka dots of different colors and the matching groomsmen to have matching ties. Is this too tacky? Do you think it could be pulled off as classy and fun? Thanks for any help.Wink

Dear Nerrissa,

I'm not the most stylish person, but black and white polka dots are classic. So, your guests may respond well to that. On the etiquette front, as long as the event is casual, you are fine.

Best wishes,
