I ordered my dress about 5 months ago. I have called the place I ordered it from and they said I would get it between NOV-DEC. When it was after that... I called again and they said that I would probably receive it In the first week of Jan.... Time past.. A couple of weeks ago I called and they said that they thought it was on its way from the place its was being made. Well, i called to find out more info about where it could be by now. And For two days I have called and it rings for a while and goes to the voice mail. I am so stressed. I emailed them too. they NEver mail me back or call me back. My wedding is in March. I am wondering if this place has another phone number?

Is this a place you can go to or an internet store? If you can go there - go. If not, do a whois lookup on the owner of the domain and see if there is another phone number to contact. Also, contact the Better Business Bureau if you have questions. Have a copy of your invlice and/or contract in hand.
