     Storing my dress

Hi,

My wedding is a year from now, but I already bought my dress. What is the best way to store it for a year? Thanks!

Your dress should be stored in the garment bag, hanging freely, nothing pressing it on the sides or on the bottom. When you are ready for it, most likely all that will be needed will be a pressing.

for storing your gown, go to a local wedding store, and ask for a garment bag. these are thicker than plastic bags, but are great for storage up to 5 years. they cost about 20-3- dollars, but absolutely preserve your gown. dont keep it anywhere where NO sun doesnt get in. if you keep it in a dark closet, it will turn yellow over time and be ruined. any other questions? lemme know if you cant find any.
