     Wearing a formal ballgown dress

I am wearing a couture ballgown in my wedding, and was considering wearing something to bring out the fullness of the skirt portion, although, I can't remember what that "thing" is called, that you wear under a ballgown, like a skirt, that makes the dress more "full"?

Yes, it's called crinolin, and most bridal stores sell crinolin so you should have no problem.
