     Wedding Party

My son's fiance wants to change out of her wedding dress after the reception for the wedding party. Since this is going to be a formal event and we are all leaving our tux's on and the no one else is changing. Is this proper?

Dear Wedding Party,

I really don't understand. You are having a reception and a wedding party. And, the wedding party is formal. I really don't know what you are doing, so I really can't say if it is appropriate. If this is a party for the bridal party after the reception, she can wear anything she wants.

The bride is the boss.

Do you mean she wants to change after the ceremony for the reception?
