     Wedding dress attire

What is the etiquette for wearing something with black color for a wedding dress? This is a simple wedding, a second for the bride and it is a simple dress cream in color with black. Will this be appropriate to wear?

I think it is a terrific change of pace. Top your dress off with a matching hat or headpiece that flatters you!

At one time black would not have been acceptable but society today accepts some color accents. If your dress is basically cream with black accents, it would be very appropriate.

Dear Wedding Dress Attire,

Actually, black and white weddings are becoming quite popular. So, your dress will be fine.

Best wishes,
