What should 15 year old girl wear to boyfriend's sister's wedding?

Hello, I'm a 15 year old girl, and I'm having some troubles on deciding what to wear to my boyfriend's sister's wedding reception. It's this weekend (1st weekend in june) I don't have any idea what to wear. I have seen this cute, short, light purple halter dress. It has very light floral print with greens, blues, and yellows. But it is also glittery. Will this be too "flashy"? And would dark purple shoes work with it? I also have another one in mind. It is also short and light purple. But it is just light purple with nothing else. I don't really know the family all to well either.

It's at a country club type place and the reception begins at 7:30

Dear Distressed,

This should work fine as long as it is not too revealing.

Enjoy!
