What should i do with my cathedral length veil during the reception?

I have decided to go with a cathedral length veil, sence my dress has little detail on the back. My question is "How do i keep it from dragging on the floor during my reception?" My train which is also cathedral length is going to be clipped up. I want to wear my veil at the reception but dont know what to do with it. If you have any ideas please let me know. I am getting nervous about this. Thank you.

Dear Bride-to-Be,

Let me start off by saying that you picked the perfect length veil considering the length of your train and the details on the back of your dress. We get this problem a lot with our brides. We always tell our brides not to worry, you can have the best of both worlds.

You can bussel the veil so that it doesn't drag on the floor. It would be the same as busseling the train, the person who is making your veil will attach a loop and hook to the veil so that you can bussel it at the reception. Another possibility is if you have a blusher. You can always have the designer of your veil make the cathedral part of your veil dettachable. This way at your reception you can just have the blusher in the back, so it looks like you have a shorter veil. If you don't have a blusher, you can always have the veil designer make the cathedral dettachable and have them make you a separate shorter veil, and then you can attach it at your reception.

Good luck,
