     beach wedding advice

I'm not sure where to post this question, but attire seemed appropriate! I need some advice regarding beach weddings. What do you suggest regarding heels? I definitely need heels, but would also like my wedding on a beach, and would like to walk down the aisle without my heels sinking in the sand. Any suggestions? Also, any suggestions regarding "wind-proofing" and "sand-proofing"? I know this is all part of the beach wedding, but if you have any suggestions on how to keep up your appearance despite wind and sand blowing, I'd certainly appreciate! Thank you in advance!

For your shoes, I would suggest going with a thicker heel, a crystal flip flop, or a shoe with a wedge heel to help from sinking in the sand. And in terms of wind-proofing, for your hair it would depend on the style or look you are going for. If you are doing an updo, you may be fine with just some extra spray, but if you are going for a soft, romantic look you may want to consider keeping your hair stylist on for a touch up after your ceremony. Congratulations and Best Wishes!

I agree with Lori. But I would also say that this is a beach wedding and the type of things you describe may happen no matter how detailed the preemptive planning. I would say if you heels do sink, or your hair does blow - don't sweat it. Keep the stylist on hand like Lori suggests and enjoy the moment:-)

Best wishes!
