Hey everyone, my cousin is getting married and has found THE dress! She just needs to know who makes it and any other information! You all seem VERY educated here and that's why I ask for your help, please! :)

You might consider calling a bridal consultant, as many stay on top of wedding design issues. If nothing else, there are many good seamstresses out there who have the ability to create a dress from just a sketch. Since you have the actual photo, get with a bridal seamstress and have them create for you. Depending on the fabric and detail, it might be less expensive than purchasing a "designer" dress.

SpecialK -
Congrats to your cousin on finding the perfect dress, but remember, just like an excellent seamstress, the services of a great bridal shop cannot be discounted. Both are experts in their field and can save a lot of time, money, and headaches. If the bridal shop cannot locate the appropriate dress or one similar, they may be able to direct you to a reputable seamstress that can create what she's looking for.
Good luck!
