Hi, My fiance and I have decided to have a semi-destination wedding on May 5 of next year. We live in SC, and we will be married in TX in the same church my parents were married in. What we plan to do is have a late morning ceremony(around 10:30) followed by a very small champagne/cake/finger food reception, probably less than two hours long. In fact, my fiance and I will probably miss half of it as we will be taking pictures. We will do the cutting of our cake then, though. We are expecting no more than 40 people. We will then be paying for our guests to be transported to a larger city 2 hours away, where we will have a dinner reception with food, drinks, and mariachi music (also about 2 hours long). Then we plan to hit the town for Cinco de Mayo parties. I found a dress that I absolutely love, and I was wondering if it would be ok to wear it for such an informal event. Please see the attached picture. I would probably change for the partying that evening, but would this be ok for the morning wedding and brunch? Thanks so much for any help you can give!!

Dear Morning Wedding,
I'm sorry there was no picture. Typically the morning wedding would be more informal unless it is a Catholic wedding.
