     veil and tiara for outdoor wedding  

i am having a casual outdoor wedding and reception. i have a veil and tiara already. is it ok to wear them? im having a picnic like buffet and a live band( but no dancing).

Dear Amanda,

For the informality of your wedding, I would say that a veil is not appropriate. Informal day wedding dress for bride would be dress, cocktail dress or suit, short.

Your attire should reflect the formality of the event.
