Honoring brother in millitary in program

My brother is in the army and is currently stationed in Kuwait, soon to be in Iraq. We would like to honor him in our wedding program, as he will not be able to get leave to attend the wedding. Do you have any wording suggestions for our program? We would like to make this special for his wife, who will be attending, and for him, as we plan to send him a copy along with pictures. Thank you for your help.

Dear Josh's Meghan,

It is best to keep it to a minimum, but perhaps: on this happy day, our thoughts are with XXX, our brother in Iraq. Any thing along those lines is fine.

Best wishes,
