How do you list parents and step parents on invitations

My daughter is getting married and me and her step-father are divorced. However my father (her grandfather) will be walking down the aisle along with her stepfather. How do we list the invitation to saying......

Do we list the grandparents if they are giving her away also?

Cynthia Motley (mother of the bride)
Greg Holley (step-father of the bride)
Woodrow Motley (grandfather of the bride)
Ruth Motley (grandmother of the bride)

Dear Cmotley,

Unless they are also hosting their names are not listed on the invitation.

Best wishes,
