My dad Jeff, but his full name is Michael Jeffery. In the program I assume I list him has Michael Jeffery LastName. But then should I list my mother and fiance's parents by just full first name? My mom never uses her middle name for anything and neither do the groom's parents. Or should I list them as Mr. and Mrs. FirstName MiddleName LastName?
Also, for Bridesmaids and Groomsmen, do I list them as Miss and Mr or just names?
