     Including Step-Parents in Ceremony

I am trying to find a way to include both my step-mom and step-dad in my wedding ceremony. My sister had both my dad and step-dad walk her down the aisle and I found that very insulting to my father as he is the one the raised us from birth. My step-dad and step-mom have both been in my life since I was 5 and played an important role. Any recommendations on a way to include them?

Have you considered including them as readers? It would give them a meaningful role without stepping on the traditional responsbilities of a parent.
