Listing Parents & Step Parents in Wedding Program

We would like to know how to list (in the program) the following:

Parents of the Bride…all 3 have a DIFFERENT last name:

Brides Mother – who uses maiden name

Brides Stepfather – has his own name

Brides Father – same last name as bride

Can the brides Mother and Stepfather be on the same line?

If each on their own line – list in what order?
