Listing father of bride's significant other on the wedding program

Would it be okay to list my father's girlfriend of 8 years as a significant other or partner, rather than as an escort? My mother is deceased and we plan to mention her name in a notation, such as in memorium. The groom's parents will be listed together under Parents of Groom. Thank you.

Dear Listing,

This is a personal decision. As long as the title is respectful, and both of these are, it is appropriate to use them.

Best wishes,
