Listing mother's fiance on wedding program

I need advice on how to put my mom's fiance onto the program. My father is passed and I would like to include my mothers fiance under parents of the bride but do not know what to call him. Any suggestions would be great.

Dear Bride,

You could write that she will be escorted by, her fiance His Name. That would probably be best because he is not a parent.
