Listing music done by relative on the wedding program

My aunt and uncle are performing my ceremony music. How do I list the music on the program? For instance, I have recessional music listed this way:

"Rondeau" by Mouret, performed by NAMES HERE

Is this correct? Do I do this for every musical entry or is it sufficient to have them listed in the program under musicians? If this is the case, would it then simply be "Rondeau" by Mouret?

I would just list the names of the songs without who is performing if you have other musicians that will contribute. Then list Special Musical Contributions by Mr. and Mrs. John Doe, Uncle and Aunt of the bride.
