Looking for a poem to honor deceased on my program

I am in the process of putting together my wedding program, and I am looking for a poem to use similar to this "Although we can't see you, we know you are here. Smiling down, watching over us, As we say "I Do". Forever in our hearts, Forever in our lives, And so we say our vows, In loving memory of you". I have an old program from a wedding that I attended several years ago, and this is the poem that they used...I've tried every possible combination of words to google search and can't possibly find anything out there like this...and there is just something about this that isn't quite right to me...any ideas of where I could find something similar? Thanks!

Although death has separated us physically, faith and love have bound us eternally.
Though we cannot see you, we know you are here.
Though we cannot touch you, we feel the warmth of your smile, as we begin a new chapter in our lives.

Today we pause to reflect upon those who have shaped our character,
Molded our spirits and touched our hearts.

You're welcome. Most of my family is deceased so I understand how bittersweet this time is for a couple.

Have a beautiful wedding and a happy marriage.
