The best time of day to have a wedding?

I was told that there was a certain time of day that is good luck to have a wedding. I can't remember if the hands on the clock need to be down or up for good luck. If anyone knows could you please tell me.

The idea is to get married on a "half-hour", like 1:30 pm rather than 1:00 or 2:00 pm because the hands of the clock are pointed upward not downward. Same concept as the "lucky horseshoe", you should hang the horseshoe to where the ends point up not down, so as to "catch" the luck!

It is an old superstition that to marry on the upswing of the clock brings good luck, that is, on the half hour, this way the hands are going up and not going down.
