Wedding program wording to include deceased parent and step parent.

Hello,

My fiance's parents got divorced when he was quite young. His mother remarried and his step-father was the one that raised him. His step-father died a few years ago and his mother is now remarried. How do I include his biological father, the step-father that died (that was more of a father then the biological one) and the new step-father in the program?
Thank you

Dear Mouse,

It will be a few names, but it isn't too difficult. List his mother and her husband as the mother of the groom and her husband. Then list the bio dad under their names. Under this or somewhere prominent list his step-father's name 'in memorium'.

Best wishes,
