I believe that in a wedding invitation, the bride's name precedes the groom's; what about everything else?

For things like wedding programs, personalized beverage napkins, etc., is there a standard on this? Should it be Julia & James or James & Julia? Please help! Thanks.

Dear Julielee,

All of that is a personal decision.

Best wishes,

OK... but is one way considered more common or more traditional than another? I'm more of a traditional sort.
