Wording Wedding Programs Including Deceased Family Memorial

I am displaying a memorial candle in honor of my Father & Grandmother, as well a small vase of roses for family, extended family and friends who have passed recently. I would like your opinion on how to word this in our wedding program.

I would just say "In Honor of ____________" and explain the memorial. It could be at the bottom of the page or on the back of the program.
