     Wording with Multiple Step/Significant Others

I am trying to put my programs together and have a problem. Both of our parents are divorced. My Mom has been remarried for 5 years, my Dad actually has had a boyfriend for 8 years. His Dad has been remarried for 20 years and his Mom has not remarried. How do I do this?/

I was going to just list our biological parents with no spouses or partners names, but his step-mom has been in his life for over 20 years. Do I put my Dad's boyfriend on there? Please help-I am VERY confused.Unsure

Dear Kirsten,

You begin with Mother of the Bride and husband with their names. Father of the Bride and Partner (or escort) with their names comes next. Mother of the Groom with her name is listed next. Finally, Father of the Groom and wife with their names is listed.

Best wishes,
