listing step parents in wedding program

My fiance's parents have been divorced since he was very young. His mom is on marriage 4 (so far 1 1/2 years) and dad is on #3 (10 years). Neither step parent has played a tremendous role in his life, but his stepmother would be offended if not included.

How should we list them in the program? I'm thinking as follows:

Mother of the Groom Mrs. Jane Smith (John Smith)
Father of the Groom Mr. Bob Doe (Sue Doe)

Would that be appropriate? He does not refer to either step-parent as a "Stepfather/mother" but as "my dad's wife" and "my mom's husband." They will both be seated in the front rows.

Dear Mjm,

You would list them as Mother of the Groom Mrs. Jane Smith and husband XXX. The same is true for the father.

Both of his parents would sit with their spouses.

Best wishes,
