     Ceremony music

Hello. I was just wondering if playing a different song as the processional was okay and if it should be played with or without the lyrics? We are playing a song called "I Promise" written by Jim Colyer and he sent me a CD with vocal and without. This is also our first dance song at the reception. Any ideas? Thanks so much!! Smile

It is okay to play a different song for your processional. Normally, these songs are instrumental but you can have ones with words if you would like. If you are going to play the same song twice, I would opt to have the instrumental one during the processional and save the vocal one for the first dance at the reception.

Cheers!
