     Classical wedding music to replace Catholic hymns during ceremony  

We are having a catholic service with a string quartet. Can they play classical pieces during a Catholic mass to replace the hymns? Most of the people attending the wedding are not Catholic or very religious for that matter.

Absolutely, IF the church allows it. You will need to check with the priest who is performing your ceremony.
