     Double Wedding Ceremony

My wedding is scheduled for April 8, 2006. The wedding is going to be held outside at our house. My dad who has been dating this lady for 18 yrs. wants to have a small ceremony after ours. This is fine with us but I don't know how to schedule it. It doesn't want nothing fancy. He just thought it would be a good idea since the JP would already be there. How would I make the transition from our ceremony to his?Crazy

Not knowing everybody and the type of ceremony you are having makes it difficult to make suggestions. However, it would seem if the Officiant sat down with both couples a nice transition could be planned that everyone will be comfortable with. I wish I could be more help but it really is a situation which is best handled with everyone around a table together. God Bless and my best to you and your dad. Bob
