     Having a ceremony

My husband and I signed papers two years ago in March. All we did was sign the marrige license, no ceremony or reception. Is it okay to have the ceremony and reception on our two year anniversery and treat it like a real wedding or not?

No, once you sign the marriage license you're married. You've been living together as man and wife for two years. If you are religious you can have a blessing of the marriage in church, but that is not a wedding and shouldn't be planned as such.
