Mother of Bride and Groom Deceased - how to honor them

Hello. I am getting married on the beach and I am trying to get ideas on how to honor my mother who passed away a year ago and for my soon to be husband's mother who passed away 9 years ago. We are getting married in the Virgin Islands and it was my mom's favorite place to go. Her favorite flower was a red carnation. Just trying to give some background for anyone who has ideas out there. Thanks.
