I am planning a wedding in a park in my hometown. I plan on inviting about 200 people but don't figure they will all show for the ceremony. There is a pond with a deck area that juts out over the water and a fountain in the middle of the pond. I planned on getting married in that deck area, which I judge to be large enough to hold us and our 8 attendants and the officiant. Should I provide seating for everyone or should I provide seating for only half the guests invited, in order to accomodate the elderly and handicapped guests?
I plan on only having a 15-20 minute ceremony, so standing for non-elderly and non-handicapped people shouldn't be a problem, right? Could you help please?

Dear Stephanie,
That sounds fine. But, what happens after the wedding? Will you be providing anything for your guests? If so, there should be enough seating for all unless it is a cake and beverage or cocktail reception--short amount of time.
It may be best to rent a sound system with a mic for you, your fiance, and officiant or your guests will not be able to hear you.
