     Uninvited Guests Attending Ceremony

I understand that the reception is "off limits" without an invitation, but what about the wedding ceremony? The wedding is being held at a separate location from the reception. Is it proper for an uninvited guest to attend the wedding only?

Dear Sarah,

No, sorry. This is be invitation only. The only time it is appropriate is when the wedding is an open-church affair and there are no invitations. Everyone from the church is invited in this case.

Best wishes,
