Wedding procession order with two maids of honor

I need help figuring out the order of the procession. The bridal party includes: Groom, 2 groomsmen, maid of honor, matron of honor, Junior bridesmaid, flower girl, ring bearer, bride and father. I don't really have any bridesmaids, both are my sisters with "equal roles" as maids of honor. Also, there will be a mother of the bride, but not the groom. Should she still be seated formally?

Thanks,

Andrea
